Virtual Tours
A virtual tour is a new way to market your home on the Internet. This is set up to show prospective
buyers the interior and exterior of your home by photos and/or video. A good virtual tour gives the
impression that you are actually in the house and can pull in buyers that may have passed you by.
Let's take a look at an example.
Many real estate agents do not use the Internet or virtual tours because of the added expense to them.
Other agents offer virtual tours but may charge you in addition to the commission.
We offer virtual tours as part of the package for homes we list and do not charge you extra.
